My personal journey towards recovery from an eating disorder and body dysmorphia have empowered me to connect with others with empathy and authenticity. Yoga has allowed me to view my body as a conduit of strength, and it is my passion to serve others in discovering their own strength through yoga and meditation.
I hold a B.S. in Behavioral Science and have years of experience in mental health, substance abuse, group facilitation, and medical social work settings. I am a Vedic Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, essential oil advocate, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I am also a Mind Body Eating coach-in-training at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I utilize all of these healing modalities into each session with a client, which allows a session to flow as it should- allowing the wisdom of the Universe to heal and guide.
I am the co-founder and co-facilitator of Good Vibes Tribe Cincinnati, a community focused on overcoming negative body image and embracing empowerment through yoga, mindfulness, and community.
It is my goal and life mission to empower others to find their own light within, and to then share their light with others.
